FDA

TPM Labs is registered with the FDA. We have had numerous inspections by the FDA since 2001. Our last FDA inspection was in October 2018. No significant observations were found during all inspections. No FDA 483's were issued.

DEA

TPM Labs is registered with the DEA (NJ State and Federal) and is licensed to handle controlled substances schedule I through V.

Certifications

New Jersey State MBE/WBE certification

TPM Labs is a 100% woman and minority owned small business and has been certified as a Minority Business Enterprise/Women Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) by the New Jersey Commerce & Economic Growth Commission. 

WBENC certification

TPM Labs has been certified as a bona fide Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council.

NMSDC certification

TPM Labs has been certified as a bona fide Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) by the National Minority Supplier Development Council.
